The best and fastest way to reach Bellagio from the Milan and Bergamo airports is definitely the car.

Travel by public transport:

• from Milan Malpensa take the bus (Malpensa Shuttle) to get to the Milano Centrale station. Then take the train to Varenna and then the boat to Bellagio. Or from Malpensa take the train to Milan Cadorna, and take the train to Como, and then the bus or boat to Bellagio.
• from Milan Linate take the bus to Milano Centrale station, then the train to Varenna and then the boat to Bellagio.
• to Bergamo Orio al Serio reach the train station of Bergamo by bus, so you can catch the train to Lecco and then bus to Bellagio; or arrive from Bergamo to Varenna by train and then take the boat to Bellagio (recommended).
